Plans are one of the two main areas.
A Plan is simple, a series of Positions linked together in an organisation chart.
A Position has three main parts: basic details, a Holder and a list of future Candidates:

Position Details
Includes a position title with comments and captures the Function, Level and Location
of the Position.

Position Holder(s)
This is the name of the person who is currently in this Position and includes when
you think they will move on to another role. You can add more than one Holder if
necessary.

Position Candidate(s)
You can enter who you think is a candidate to become the holder of this Position,
and when you think they will be ready.
