Within the Account Management area of your account you can customise the following:

Organisation Levels
We’ve chosen nine industry-accepted names for the levels of an organisation, from
‘Manual/Support’ up to ‘Executive’. However, you are able to use your own custom
names instead if you wish, and these will be used throughout your account: on people
profiles, plans, and reports. In order to allow us to make the most of your data,
we require that you fill in some name for all nine levels.
