People are one of the main pieces of data that you can record. You can complete
talent reviews for them, keep a development plan and talent journal and even upload
photos for them. People also appear on your plans as either current holders of positions
or potential succession candidates.
The people that you choose to keep records on is entirely up to you. You can add
your top talented people, people on a particular development programme or even people
from different companies if you are looking to headhunt externally.
The number of people that you can add depends on the package that you have signed
up for. If you run out of slots to create new people you can either upgrade your
package or delete any people that you no longer need to keep records for.
