With many people to keep track of, it can be difficult to discover where there are 'gaps' in
your data, and fill them in. The Data Checker allows you to do just this.
For example, you can quickly identify which of your people don't have a talent record, or are missing key demographic data.
Pick a pool of people to search, and choose which missing data to search for. The following options are available:
- Basic Profile and Talent Review: search all fields on a person's basic profile and their current talent snapshot (if available).
- Basic Profile: search all fields on the basic profile.
- Talent Review: search all fields on the current talent snapshot (if available).
- Selected fields: search only the selected fields.
Click 'Check My Data' to see which of your people are missing the selected data.
Remember: If you change options, you'll need to click 'Check My Data' to refresh the results.
A list of matching people are displayed, with quick shortcut buttons to take you straight to the relevant data.
