The Talent Finder is a powerful tool to help you find talented people within your organisation. You can specify the type of person that you are looking for and where they are needed, the Talent Finder will then search all of your people and automatically suggest the most appropriate matches based on their talent reviews.

By using a combination of the basic profile and talent review for a person the Talent Finder can intelligently suggest people that match your criteria.

The career trajectory of a person is considered when looking at their organisation level. If the person is below the required level but is currently set for a promotion they will be included; conversely, if the person is at the required level but is struggling with the responsibility then they aren’t included.

The location option is also intelligent. Specifying that you are looking to fill a position in New York doesn’t mean that you will only see people currently based in New York, it will also include anybody who is willing to relocate there.

The results produced by the Talent Finder should be treated as a suggestion only and any decisions should be backed up with further investigation.
