People: Information That Can Be Recorded About a Person

You can store a variety of information about a person and choose which information you want to share with other users and which is kept confidential.

The Two Parts of a Person's Record

A person’s record is comprises of two main parts: their basic profile and their talent data:

  • Basic Profile
    The basic profile is made up of facts about the person that are public knowledge within your organisation such as their name, photograph, where they work and so on.

    All users in your account can view this information.

  • Talent Data
    The talent data for a person includes any talent reviews that have been completed about them (including potential and performance ratings, mobility, retention risk and so on), their development plan and their talent journal.

    Only the users that you choose can view this information.
