Planning: Running Reports on Plans

There are four reports which can be run against a Plan:

• Positions by Hierarchy
  This report generates a table listing the Positions on the Plan, who currently holds them and who is a possible future Candidate.

• Positions by Rating
  Creates a more detailed listing of the Positions on the Plan, grouped by their succession rating, including information on who holds each position, how ready the identified Candidates are and how they are performing from a talent perspective.

• Succession by Person
  View succession from the point of view of the individual, detailing the People who hold Positions on this Plan and those lined up to succeed them.

• Notes
  Print the Notes that have been added to the notebook for this Plan.
