You can access the Planning area at any time from the menu bar at the top of each
page.
Plans can be in one of three groups:

Live
Normally only a few Plans will be live at any one time. By making a Plan live you
are indicating that the information in the Plan should be visible in the talent
records of People who appear on the Plan.

Draft
These are the Plans you are working on. The ability to copy a Plan means you can
create different versions for discussion with colleagues or to explore different
possibilities.

Archive
Plans you are no longer using can be retained and archived.
